I'm Tonya Tench, owner and founder of Essex Salon and Spa. 1 am beyond grateful for the opportunities I've had to touch lives through this amazing industry that does so much more than change appearances.
My Story
I began my career in cosmetology in 2000. 1 started off in some great salons with the benefit of some seasoned professionals that guided me on my path. In 2014 I used all that I learned to become a cosmetology instructor (North and South Hills Beauty Academy) and enjoyed that very much. I continue to mentor and teach as much as possible since opening our Salon in 2017.
